I have been a repeat customer for over 15 years and I will continue to do business with Firestone because of the exceptional customer care I continue to receive from Mrs. Charletta and the entire team/staff. Mrs. Charletta, is consistently professional and ensures that I am ALWAYS satisfied with the overall experience to include, pricing, product, wait times and the convenience of scheduling appointments. I am and will continue to be a loyal customer of Firestone Pembroke Pines. Congratulations to the wonderful team and the leaders at this location.

I been coming to Firestone on Pembroke pines for over 6years and every time I bring my car I receive it back correct with No problems. The manger Charlotte is so nice and helpful she's always polite and ready to help. The mechanics Robert & Renee are the best. This location is ran by professional's with the best customer service every. The whole staff operate as a team to make the environment comfortable to ensure that your vehicle is safe. I trust them with my vehicles and I'm pretty sure I won't be looking for another place to repair my vehicles no time sure .

10/10. I would recommend Kendall to anyone. He was able to give me an amazing price on all four tires. Most places are $700+ for four tires, and I didn’t pay anywhere near that. Super knowledgeable on everything and did not try and pressure me into buying anything I did not need. Extremely nice and answered all my questions. Will definitely go to Kendall for all my needs moving forward!

After my punctured tire was inspected previously by a staff member and they said it was repairable, later proceeded to build a work order and I waited about an hour and a half, They then refused to patch my tire saying the screw was not in the repairable area while it was clearly close to the center away from the edge of the tire aka (sidewall), the manager lady on duty was extremely Rude and Not professional and condescending towards me the CLIENT, instead of explaining the situation in a clear and respectful manner she said to the other employee that if I didn’t want a new tire to put the puncture tire back on and to hand me the keys so i can be on my way. I have been a Firestone customer for over 15 years and i have never been treated this way at any of the centers. Never coming back to the pembroke pines center and will let my friends and family know to do the same.

The team in this Firestone saved my life & cad last Sunday. My car started having issues with steering on Saturday night making a lot of noises when I turned the wheel or slowed down and hit the brake, it felt like something was loose and misaligned. I got worried and on Sunday the only place that was open and able to diagnose this issue was Firestone. Turns out I had recently changed my cars suspension with my locally trusted mechanic, and they didn’t tighten or adjust the ball joint correctly, my tires were misaligned because of it, and the front wheels could have fallen off at any minute! If it wasn’t to Charlotte at this Firestone and her manager’s willingness to fit me in the schedule (they were very busy that day) chances are things could have gotten much worse for me. They were patient with all my questions, detailed in their explanation, and kind and empathetic with their approach. I was able to drive my car back home that same day. And I am going back to my mechanic now to address what’s happened with a much more prepared understanding about what happened, and how they should address this error on their part. Mistakes happen! But I am sure glad Firestone was able to help
